HOW IS A LEADER FORMED?

馃懆馃懃馃尡馃寪When we speak of a leader, we immediately visualize or imagine a being with great initiative and security to guide or direct others, because this being or person has the ability to take control to guide a group of people along a specific path according to his initiative. The leader will always look for beings that help him to make his impulse or idea real.

This is how the leader, starting from his initiative, starts up his work group, making his energy productive in such a way that his idea becomes real; achieving with this that everyone benefits if their objective or idea is beneficial and to the liking of the receiving public.



HOW WE KNOW IF WE HAVE SKILLS TO LEAD?

When a person has the ability to take the initiative in most cases or matters. This is a first inkling.

• When a person has a great responsibility and discipline to do things, because will take everything to its end.


• When a person or a being, is able to specify everything that thinks and that feels that this could become something bigger, in conjunction with his work team.


• When a being considers that together with others he is able to build something big that will help the development of many parts (such as work team and public).

• When a being is restless and seeks the welfare of many or all.

Then this would be a being with a great capacity to govern or direct others; but for the benefit of their own personal interests. This is another type of leader.


With this we have seen that leaders are beings with great capacity for initiative and focus to go after something specific.

CLASSES OF LEADERS


☯馃懆馃捈馃尣When we speak of a leader, most of us imagine big beings; like political leaders, of companies, governors, religious leaders, et cetera. Not to mention that there are countless leaders in the world; only that these others, are leaders with smaller positions, but that they have the function of leading and being the complement of a greater leader: as a tree that the trunk with its roots is the one that sustains "leader" and those who supply, complement and help the trunk; are the branches and leaves (employees, partners and work team). Thanks to them, this leader achieves his goal; that is, the tree is strengthened and grows thanks to these extensions that complement and help it (branches and leaves); that is, the partners and working group.


NOW LET'S SEE AT THE TYPES OF LEADERS THAT THERE ARE:


Let's start with a person who performs a function or task where it is the central axis for that function is carried out and / or good. WHAT QUALITIES MUST A GOOD LEADER HAVE?


✨馃懆馃寪Another important thing to highlight in this conclusion, is that for to be a good leader, that has its requirements; because it is not enough with to be a being ingenious, enterprising, disciplined and capable of command to govern or direct, and carry a purpose to the end. The important thing in this case, is to emphasize that to be a good leader, a being must have great security and good self-esteem, but without boasting of his great power. On the contrary, he is a being that is carried by its great impulse to concretize in a fair and equitable way, with an idea that will help cover a need that needs to be covered in a better way to an existing scarcity.



馃審✍馃懃☯A good leader will always look for a way to be a channel that is capable of facilitating things; both for their benefit as for the benefit of others, since their function is to be like a bridge helping to move from the old to the new; that is, by inventing new ways so that everyone is better.
